Arthritis Self-Management Group

The Arthritis Management Group meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 10:00 a.m. at St. Gabriel Catholic Church. We feature a different local professional each session in fields that pertain to arthritis and pain management.

Fibromyalgia & Chronic Pain Management Support Group

The FM & PM Support Group meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 1:00 p.m. at Arthritis Services’ office to offer support and education for people living with fibromyalgia and other painful chronic conditions. A Certified Rehabilitation Counselor leads this group in pain-management and coping strategies, as well as group sharing.
