Julie Neeley serves as the chair of Arthritis Service's grants committee. She is a private consultant specializing in government and foundation grant development, raising over $50 million since 2000. Her interest in Arthritis Services comes from her experience working at two United Ways and volunteer commitment to help nonprofits in fundraising.
